We are a credit broker, not a lender. If you ask us to, we pass your application to a lender or finance intermediary so they can assess it. The lender becomes a separate controller of your data. They will usually carry out credit and identity checks with credit reference agencies, and their own privacy notice will explain how they use your information. We receive no commission from any lender we introduce you to.
Strictly necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Everything else is off until you choose it in our cookie banner:
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer of every page.

Some of these providers, including Meta, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and Netlify, may process data outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
After these periods we delete your information or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

If you ask to hear about new stock, or you have bought or enquired about a car with us, we may contact you about similar cars. Every message tells you how to opt out, and you can simply reply STOP or ask us at any time.
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems. Only approved staff can see customer records, and our connections are encrypted.
